What is the shipping time for your items?
It takes about 2-4 days to fulfill an order then 2-3 weeks for shipping the items.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, absolutely! We do ship worldwide.
Where are you shipping your items from?
Our offices are located in London, UK. Our international distribution centre are located in China.
Do you provide us with track number?
Yes, wait 3 days after your order and contact us via email.
What if I am missing some items in my order?
Our items are shipped seperatly depending on orders. If your order has two items from seperate distribution center, there will be handled via two seperate shipping. The rest of your order should arrive closely after the other.
I received an item that was defective. What can I do ?
We would like to apologies for the inconvenience. Simply send us a picture of the defective item at this address: info@goldenhoop.com. We will send a replacement item as soon as possible.

I have still not received my order. What is taking so long?
We would like to apologise for the delay of your order. Sometimes international orders are held in borders for extra security check, If you still require help in tracking your order, please do send us an email at info@goldenhoop.com.
Do you have a refund policy?
We are doing our best to make sure we solve all of the issues that clients may have in regards to their order. If you still want a refund, we can issue one on full priced items within 30 days of the purchase. For additional information, please refer to the refund policy link provided in the website.
